We strive for customer satisfaction. Prior to shipping, we conduct strict checks on the quality of the products, so every doll is in perfect condition. Our quality control ensures that there are no flaws before the products are sent to our customers.
However, although all of our dolls go through a strict quality control process, sometimes damage or defects may occur on your doll during transportation. If damage occurs, we request that you please send us a picture within 24 hours after receiving the goods. We will then deal with the issue accordingly.
Returns are accepted only if you have received an incorrect item(including the wrong size) due to our error or a defective & damaged item. In which case we are happy to fix or replace the item at no additional charge and ship it back to you. But if the item is damaged due to improper use, you’re not eligible for any exchanges. In order to process your return, items must be unused and tags must be attached. You have 1 calendar day(24h) after the delivery date to report any problems. So please check your item once you receive it.
If your item has not yet been processed then it can be canceled. However, once we send your order for production, it’s not possible to cancel. Especially if you place a "custom dolls" order. Considering the doll is made just for you at our factory, you're not allowed to cancel your order for any reason once the production of your custom dolls has begun.
Sex dolls are sex toys, due to health and hygiene concerns, they are not returnable for any reason if used.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email@example.com]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
